Les Cass, started his quest in creating opportunities and an effort against crime in 1996 in Middelburg Mpumalanga.

The one part being the Highveld Entrepreneur Development Centre, that was also started then has grown into quite a nice individual park on the old agricultural show grounds in Middelburg.

The crime reduction was initially called Cut Crime. Then realizing it must become sustainable it became DPS's (Diversified Parking Services with security). This was with his invention of the Hand-Held Parking Meter.

The Hand-Held Parking Meter is, especially as it now stands as from 2019, able to assess the legalities of any vehicle within seconds from parking.

Unfortunately with much ruined by greed and white collar crime, that we are now rather cautious of, and municipalities inabilities there are non yet deployed.

So the problem today, all the other Hand-Held Parking Meter stolen concepts. are basically just glorified Calculators. Only calculating the money to be pocked. Offering absolutely no added value to the paying public.

The Street Eyes Concept's RSA Parking Meter is totally different as it offers Real Value to you, your family and business Directly.

With the abilities of Number Plate Systems (Pty) Ltd. (NPS) included in the Technology, criminals can simply not operate where this service is deployed. This is because the criminals have to use an illegal vehicle to Do Crime. Using an illegal vehicle is then, where a Street Eye deployed, totally impossible.

Resultantly the criminals just go to less risky areas, thus Zero Crime in the deployed areas.

This is where the concept of going back to the initial, of using car guards was decided on. Specifically because the permission of municipalities is then not essential.

With the same effect for the community safety being achieved.

In addition not lucrative, so no longer attractive to the money vultures.

However for the people that do get involved, mainly driven by solid passion, there is a next very specialized benefit that has been developed. That makes it much-Much-MUCH more than sustainable. In fact very lucrative for All Involved.
