The founder of this '''Betterment4ALL''' has had a long exposure to community affairs since 1996.

There is more in the details of the development. However in this short version it is to create opportunities and at the same time limit the challenges imposed by crime.  


So for the many years since then it was done selflessly. However with the radical escalation of challenges support is now essential. Specifically as the are costs are escalating.
