But much more complex, in South Africa, because it cannot be a paid occupation. This may sound difficult to achieve....
However Str👁🗨👁🗨tEyes© has, as has been stated, achieved the beginning of this effectively over a number of years. It was started and financed through Hand-Held Parking Meters. But with the South African municipalities deterioration this approach has became impossible.

If you communicat your town, that may be one already started, you can be put onto that W/ape group. For this part of the development of the plan W/ape is preferred because everyone has it. If it has not being started in your town, it will be started straight away.
You have absolutely no specific responsibilities on the W/ape group except introducing more Good People to the group.
