Yes, it is a Development Network as the Dome over This very Very VERY BIG PLAN... of... Firstly 👁‍🗨👁‍🗨'e©️ on the street with the help and management input of General Izak van Zyl's thousands of people, in their structure, who are right through OUR country, available to help with OUR-Plan .

However, it starts with *You* who forms the foundation of 👁‍🗨👁‍🗨'e©️ on the street in *Your* OUR-Plan areas or in towns or in suburbs and then even the whole City as soon as possible. Your area is where *YOUR* OUR PLAN SHOULD START.

You can START by L🔎🔍King whether your area, town or suburb is on the List on the LINK from where Str👁‍🗨👁‍🗨tEye's©️ already offers initiations.

L🔎🔍K firstly at the alphabetical town list for your town. Note the number of your town or area and then look further down for that number as for example SeOp065) as currently the highest number.

There could already a WhatsApp Group, for your area, where *You* can join. If a group does not already exist for where you are, then follow the directions as at Bit.ly/whereStreetEyesIS Then just click on the WhatsApp link and join *YOUR* OUR-Plan group.

If you are with *Your* group. Just provisionally give your first name typed in a message. This is just so that we can Welcome you and so that we can also only call you if you need to be spoken to specifically.

You will then get "Admin" status.

Then you CAN put other people on.

Also add anyone you know who just wants to do something about crimeto then become part of THE *Your* OUR-Plan. It also does not mean that anyone has to do anything actively on the street. First of all, everyone can just add more people to the group and also be on the lookout ALL THE TIME for any Good People who are currently looking after vehicles on the streets. If the good person on the street has WhatsApp, you also put the person on *YOUR* OUR-Plan WhatsApp group. If the person only has a phone number, you post the name and number of the person on *Your* OUR-Plan Group. These good street watch people will then be contacted by a National Str👁‍🗨👁‍🗨tEye's©️ team member. The person will be complimented on your behalf and may be helped to get on WhatsApp, but they will certainly be contacted regularly to be helped in other ways.

NOW NEXT WE, OUR Street 👁‍🗨👁‍🗨'e©️ people have to lift up by getting them all in Str👁‍🗨👁‍🗨tEye's©️ Jackets as soon as possible to be more visible. It already helps that they receive better Tips. Then a series of motorists will be notified from national.

The give them out to then be included as part of the foundation of the "UndadomeDevelopmentNetwork".

Remember that apart from the people who are already looking at vehicles, this is an opportunity for many people who are struggling.  There are even old Veterans who might chime in.

There is even a By-Law that can be introduced. It is known as "The CVC By-Law. CVC stands for Compulsory Vehicle Checking". It only helps a little more for when a Straat👁‍🗨👁‍🗨g person is told by the "Cloud-Computer" to scan the vehicle's license disc. The scan is asked more than necessary, because we don't want the people at street level to think anything of it if they are asked. This is in case something is not right and to make sure that there is no finger mistake with the registration number entered. Law Enforcement officers get to the vehicle's "Engine and Vin" number.

Remember if people come into *YOUR* OUR-Plan area with an illegal vehicle, their intentions are probably illegal things.  The sooner their presence is known the better.  *This is pre-emptive and not reactive law enforcement.*

So it can be seen that as soon as possible, there must be a good explanation opportunity of where and how can be included in the Dome Plan. This meeting must be organized by people in the mentioned place. The presentation, attended by an expert from the team, should include as many of the OUR people as possible. Especially THE TOWN'S BUSINESS PEOPLE.

Take note that everything that is done by US is from a business foundation and NOT politically driven.

However, it has enormous benefits for the local municipality.  Although the Street 👁‍🗨👁‍🗨'e©️ part of ONS-Plan does not NEED approval of any kind.
