If the person only has a phone number, you post the name and number of the person on *Your* OUR-Plan Group. These good street watch people will then be contacted by a National Str👁‍👁‍tEye's© team member. The person will be welcomed to join Str👁‍👁‍tEye's© and complimented on your behalf and may be helped to get on WhatsApp, but they will certainly be contacted regularly to be helped in other ways.

Firstly remember to give these people the Trainee Str👁‍👁‍tEye's© as in the link above. Please also encourage everyone you know in your area to TIP these Trainee SStr👁‍👁‍tEye's© well. Actually it is also a good practice tolimit tips to other suspicious persons watching over vehicles. Especially because there are many that actually have criminal intentions.

The Name Tags and QR Codes must all be well laminated so that no moisture can sneak in from the sides. The cost of the kit is R800.

This is good high value advertising for a year. Then 40% goes straight back to the area group. The allocation of that money, and all the money going back is at the discretion of the area group. It is a good policy that a large portion goes to the person that actually arranged the advertiser. This encourages the finding of more advisers.

POSSIBLE BY-LAW. Even a By-Law that can be introduced. It is known as "The CVC By-Law. CVC stands for Compulsory Vehicle Checking".

It helps a little more for when a Str👁‍👁‍tEye's© person is told by the "Cloud-Computer" to scan the vehicle's license disc. The scan is asked more than necessary, because the people at street level must not think anything of it if they are asked to scan. This is used by the cloud computing system in case of something appearing to not be right and to make sure that there is no finger mistake with the registration number entered.

Also if something was possible regarding the illegality of a vehicle. Remember also that the StreetEyesBot can obtain details of the manufacturers. In addition any notified Law Enforcement officers then also gets the vehicle's "Engine and Vin" number.

Remember if people come into YOUR-OUR-Plan area with an illegal vehicle, their intentions are most probably illegal activities. The sooner their presence is known the better.

This is PRE-EMPTIVE and not reactive law enforcement.

So it can be seen that as soon as possible, there must be a good explanation opportunity of where and how this area can be included in the Dome Plan.
