The main objective is actually helping people.

Not only in crime reduction but also helping in many ways.

Especially Homeless &/or Veterans, who are generally really struggling. So this becomes an OPPORTUNITY of a type personal business for themselves or a group in their area.

Note that there is minimum personal risk for the people getting involved. We have operatives to handle what is required and will most probably train more on street operatives in the area.
