HISTORY OF THIS EFFORT
The founder of this Betterment4ALL has had a long exposure to community affairs since 1996. If interested and for accuracy there is a substantial history around this effort.
There is more in the details of the development. However in this short version it is to create opportunities and at the same time limit the challenges imposed by crime.
