Who ii am does not matter 4now, because we are only the ants on the screen... Committed to 'Our' crime reduction Quest. 'Our's' because it will, hopefully, also belong 2U2. (meaning, as well)

Out of some crime related philosophies iii, in deep humility, was able to develop a veryVery successful Methodology to radically reduce crime. 
PROVEN IN POLICE STATISTICS YEARS AGO. EVEN THE SERVAMUS AS THE OFFICIAL SOUTH AFRICAN SAFETY AND SECURITY CIRCULAR WROTE ABOUT IT. 
In fact Servamus was, through the 'police those days', so impressed & so kind that they even made a video in the middle 2000. So ii am going to contact them for copies ASAP.

There is a very uMderStandAble theory that almost all crime cannot be committed if an illegal vehicle cannot be used. The other side of the matter is that horrific crimes are committed in criminals attempts at getting hold of the required illegal vehicle TO DO CRIME. This is my/Our primary key.
The secondary key is GSM device related. Because a cellular phone features everywhere. We have finalised the technical matters for this..... meaning a second means of making doing crime veryVery Difficult. However some unnecessary legalities still stand in the way. HOWEVER the resolution of these will be attempted FOREVER. 

Then for over three years iii, in my personal capacity, have tried to get gooMgle to assist with a very small change to the Android Operating System. 
IF gooMgle just adds that a stolen phone Can NOT be switched off without the password being entered it will help Dramatically. This is actually SIMPLE... and the BENEFITS of this will be fully eXgaPLAINed in the future.
